If you're struggling with connecting to Zoom or any other issue that needs real time help, follow these directions.

Step-by-step guide

  1. It you are a staff member, add the App to your Chromebook
  2. Ensure that live help is available first by emailing technology@sw.wednet.edu or by calling 360-220-0605
  3. Click on the Chrome Remote Desktop icon in the top bar, ensure you are on the Remote Support tab and then click Generate Code

    The Chrome Remote Desktop icon might be hidden in the Puzzle piece menu.


    Support codes only last for 5 minutes. Ensure that support is available before sending a code.

  4. Copy the code and email it to technology@sw.wednet.edu along with a description of your issue
