New Helpdesk

Welcome to South Whidbey's new platform for requesting help. Our goal is to create a system that is as easy to use as possible, streamlining the process for notifying us of problems.

Creating a Ticket

Option 1:

  1. Login with your district domain account credentials (the same one as you use to login to your Windows based computers)
  2. Click on "Submit a Ticket"
  3. Select which department you want help from
  4. Select what type of ticket your request is
  5. Select which site (Elementary, Middle, High, Academy, District) you are at
  6. Give your request a descriptive subject
  7. Give as much detail about your ticket as you can
  8. Attach any documents you wish to share with us to help solve your issue
  9. Click Submit

Option 2:

  1. Compose an email to helpdesk@sw.wednet.edu
  2. Give your email a descriptive subject
  3. In the body of your email, give as much detail about your ticket as you can
  4. Attach any documents you wish to share with us to help solve your issue
  5. Send the email

Going Forward

Support from IT will be done exclusively through this helpdesk. We are constantly looking at the helpdesk throughout our day to ensure we see new tickets promptly.
