This page has video guides (about 1-2 minutes each) for a number of basic functions of the latest generation of Sharp MFDs.
While most functions are available on all copiers, individual features are only available on some machines. These video guides were taken on the lowest end and least feature rich machine we have. Example: Saddle Stitch binding is only on the HS main office copier.
Keyboard
All copiers have a pullout keyboard for typing.
Easy Copy
Easy Copy is a simplified version of the copy window. Not all options are shown for simplicity.
Easy Scan
Easy Scan is a simplified version of the Email/Network window. Not all options are shown for simplicity.
Address Hold is a feature to hold the just used address for another job. If you have no additional jobs, press Cancel Destination. If you have additional jobs, press OK.
