- Make and return calls using our district phone numbers
- Transfer your callers to colleagues
- Listen to voicemails and return calls with one tap
- Set your availability state and let others know how to contact you
How it works
- When the Mitel Connect for mobile app is open and connected to our system, you can make and receive calls using your desk phone from anywhere.
- When someone calls your desk phone, the Mitel Connect app will ring (your desk phone will ring too, but you're not there! Don't put your phone into a do not disturb mode or you won't get calls!).
- When you call someone using the Mitel Connect app, the school system will dial the outside number and the receiving caller will only see the school's phone number and caller ID.
- You can dial your coworkers extension using the app to be connected through our phone system as an alternative to Zoom.
- Download the app for your respective device using the buttons above

- Type of Service: MiVoice Connect (Premise)
