Shoretel Communicator is the desktop application for managing your phone calls, voicemail and contacts.

Step-by-step setup guide

  1. Open the Start Menu and open ShoreTel Communicator
  2. Click Next
  3. Enter shoretel in the Server Name field
  4. Check the Use Windows credentials box
  5. Click Next

  6. Click Next once logged in

    If you can't login with your Windows credentials, please open a helpdesk ticket to upgrade your Shoretel account to Windows authentication.

  7. Check Start ShoreTel Communicator when you logon to Windows
  8. Click Finish
